Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any issue – damage, missing items, or wrong products – contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, the following rules apply:

Non-Returnable Items: Cannabis, shrooms, THC/CBD edibles, oils, tinctures, capsules, and other consumables are not eligible for return once delivered.

Returnable Items: Accessories, tools, and merchandise (like grinders, bongs, or apparel) can be returned if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full replacement or refund.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.


3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective product.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products.

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

We strive to ship replacements within 3–5 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Use a trackable shipping method to avoid lost packages.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
